Address accuracy is critical
When selecting Door-to-Door Delivery, you must enter your correct destination country, city, and full address. If an incorrect address is submitted, additional re-routing fees will be charged and cannot be waived under any circumstances. Please double-check before submitting your inquiry.
Understanding Additional Costs
When you request Door-to-Door delivery, please be aware of the following additional local costs. These are paid directly by the customer to the respective local authorities and companies:
- Insurance (3rd Party & Comprehensive): Customer pays directly to the Local Insurance Company (Tanzania/Zambia).
- Duties & Taxes: Customer pays directly to TRA (Tanzania Revenue Authority) or ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority).
- Port Charges: Customer pays directly to TRA (Tanzania Revenue Authority) or ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority).
- Shipping Line Charges: Customer pays directly to the Local Shipping Line (Tanzania).
- Tracking Device: Customer pays directly to the Tracking Device Company.
- Registration: Customer pays directly to TRA (Tanzania Revenue Authority) or ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority).
- Warehouse Charges: Customer pays directly to the Local Bonded Warehouse.
