Updating your profile and addresses

You can update your personal information, including your billing and shipping addresses, by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Profile' section. Make sure your address matches your import documents to avoid customs delays.

How to delete your account

If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove all associated data, please submit a request through our contacts (Email/WhatsApp). Our support team will process your account deletion request within 7 business days.

Changing your display currency

You can customize your browsing experience by updating your preferences in your account settings. Choose your default currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP) to see estimated conversions alongside the official JPY prices.
