Ordering & Tracking

Purchasing a vehicle from us is simple and transparent. The process is broken down into 4 main steps: Step 1: Negotiation (Inquiring and chatting with our sales team), Step 2: Issue Proforma Invoice (Reviewing your quote), Step 3: Order Item (Confirming the order and making payment), and Step 4: Payment Confirmation (We verify your payment and prepare for export).

When you find a unit you like on our stock list, send an inquiry. This starts Step 1: Negotiation via chat with our sales team. Once you agree on a price, the salesperson will upgrade your inquiry to Step 2 and issue a Proforma Invoice. You can then review the invoice details directly in your account.

While in Step 2, if you accept the invoice, simply click the 'Order' button. This moves the process to Step 3: Order Item. At this stage, your invoice will automatically update to reveal our company bank account details so you can proceed with the wire transfer.

Once your payment is confirmed (Step 4), your order will move through the following shipping stages: Order Confirmed, Payment Received, Inspection (if applicable), Export Preparations, Preparing Schedule for Shipping, In Transit, and Arrived at Destination Port. Each stage is updated in real-time on your dashboard.

Once your vehicle has been loaded onto the vessel, we will provide you with the vessel name, voyage number, and estimated arrival date. You can use this information on our website or contact our support team to get real-time updates on your shipment location.
